legal
terms and conditions
These terms govern use of the TapIt website, account system, public pages, subscriptions, and related product features.
Effective Date: March 24, 2026
Using the service
By using TapIt, you agree to use the website, studio workspace, portfolio tools, proposal tools, and related services lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and the activity that occurs under your account. You must not share access in ways that violate your plan, abuse the service, or put other users at risk.
Published content and public pages
TapIt may allow you to publish public-facing portfolio pages, proposal pages, and related assets. You retain responsibility for the content you publish, including whether it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate to make public.
Acceptable use
You may not use TapIt to break the law, violate third-party rights, scrape or attack systems without permission, distribute malicious content, abuse outreach features, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the integrity, stability, or security of the platform.
Subscriptions, plans, and billing
Some TapIt features require a paid subscription. Paid access, quotas, and plan limits may vary by plan. If you subscribe, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and plan rules shown at checkout. We may change future pricing or plan structure, but those changes will not retroactively rewrite a completed billing period.
Payments and third-party providers
Payment processing and related billing infrastructure may be handled by third-party providers. Your use of those payment flows may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.
Service availability and changes
We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent support for every feature, or compatibility with every workflow or integration indefinitely.
Intellectual property
TapIt, its software, branding, interface, and product materials remain the property of TapIt or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the software or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond the rights needed to use it normally.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to meet payment obligations, or use the service in a way that is abusive, unlawful, or harmful. You may also stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
TapIt is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the product will fit every business, legal, or workflow requirement without adaptation on your side.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapIt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, loss of business, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product, pricing model, legal environment, or infrastructure changes. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
